Process
Upon completion of the checkout process, our customers will receive an email from our dedicated representative containing a questionnaire form.
Please download and carefully review the questionnaire, providing detailed answers to ensure a seamless experience with minimal effort. Your responses serve as the foundation for our artists to create your product, so please be as specific as possible.Once you have filled out the questionnaire, simply reply to the sender and await the next steps in the process.
The creation process involves three key stage
1. SCRIPTING
2. VOICEOVER
3. STORYBOARD
You are entitled to two complimentary reviews at each stage. Additional reviews beyond the allotted two will incur extra charges. It is important to note that any revisions requiring changes to previous stages will result in increased costs.
Upon completion of the review process, you will promptly receive the final product.
Refunding Policy
Within two days of making a purchase, you may request a full refund prior to submitting your questionnaire response. However, if you request a refund after our artist team has commenced work on your project, a deduction will be applied based on the stage, phase, and other relevant factors, as determined by the project manager, shortly after you receive the remaining amount.

As a service provider, we reserve the right to utilize products resulting from our services for promotional purposes on our websites and professional profiles solely for advertising. Under no circumstances will we resell, distribute, or use these products in any other form besides advertising our services.
